Ōpōtiki Float Parade 2026

The festive season is just around the corner, and one of Ōpōtiki’s most loved community events is back!

This year’s Ōpōtiki Christmas Float Parade will take place on Friday, 4 December 2026, from 4:30pm, and we're inviting our community to come together and celebrate this year's theme, Choose Your Future.

The parade brings together workplaces, kura, kōhanga, clubs, businesses and whānau from across our district. It's an opportunity to showcase the creativity, community spirit and aroha that make Ōpōtiki special.

Whether you're decorating a float, representing your organisation or cheering from the sidelines, there's something for everyone to enjoy!
